​Responsibilities include:

• Manage the PPG email account by monitoring and responding to inquiries on behalf of the organization
  Create and distribute newsletters, action alerts, and legislative updates

• Maintain and update the PPG website with relevant content

• Oversee the PPG's social media accounts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; draft and publish content to keep members informed and engaged

• Develop materials and coordinate initiatives to encourage participation in task forces and advocacy efforts

• Attend monthly officer meetings, quarterly task force/advisory meetings, and ad hoc planning meetings

• Participate in legislative visits, Day at the Capitol, and other advocacy initiatives

• Present or co-present webinars and presentations

• Represent the PPG at the annual TxABA Conference by working the booth, presenting, and attending the business meeting​
